Physician Credentialing - Outpatient Ordering Nonfaculty

This internal Web application enables outpatient clinics to see physicians with a status of privileges known as "outside ordering non-faculty." It operates with a last-name lookup function, like the Physician Credentialing application, but the results display only physicians with the "outside ordering non-faculty" status. The records are simple: Physician name, address, phone number and license number.
