Special Event Form

Description

The UAMS Special Event Form is used campus-wide to schedule events and request resources to support them. It includes a workflow driven by emails to ensure requests are routed to the correct authorities at each level of the approval process. Users complete an event request form that includes dates, times, locations, funding sources and other requirements, such as security. They may also ask for dignitaries to speak or attend and request event collateral, such as brochures or fliers. Depending on options selected on the form, requests are routed to different approvers.
