UAMS Talent Network

Description

UAMS Talent Network is a full-featured web application for storing information about people who might be interested in positions at UAMS now or in the future, engaging them through email and storing records related to contacts. The recruiting team administers the application, and external users can join that talent network by creating their own records. UAMS recruiters can use this application to: - Upload files of contacts from SeekOut, a third-party vendor that supplies contact information for people with certain skillsets or education - Add contacts manually - Create groups comprised of contacts based on uploaded files, including files they build themselves with selected contacts - Build email cadences--or a series of emails to one or more groups--to share information about opportunities - Capture emails to and from contacts that are sent through the application and record notes from phone calls or other contact External users can join the talent network by following a link, identifying themselves and receiving a system-generated password and returning to provide information about their education, means of contact and upload a resume or CV.
