UAMS Scholarship Applications Tracking

Description

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) colleges provide multiple scholarships to current and future UAMS students. Currently, the majority of colleges are tracking their application and awarded amounts manually using Microsoft Excel with the exception of College of Nursing which uses a Microsoft Access database, which has not been maintained and is in need up updating. This statement of work will facilitate the creation of centralized database for scholarship applications and awards for all colleges (College of Nursing, College of Medicine, College of Pharmacy, and the Graduate School) to track all scholarships in a database. The initial phase will concentrate on the College of Nursing and College of Medicine. The scholarship application system will allow for the addition of colleges.
