i-safe is UAMS Human Resources' incident reporting site for incidents involving: - Sexual harassment/gender discrimination - Discrimination or discriminatory harassment - Professional misconduct Users enter details on forms that are routed to the appropriate reviewers/departments and/or reviewed by HR to make sure they are addressed in a timely fashion. The professional misconduct form replaced the old College of Medicine Illumine application. It is a public-facing site
