ANGELS Call Center Database

Description

The ANGELS Referrals System is an internal Web application used by the call center for UAMS's Antenatal and Neonatal Guidelines, Education and Learning Systems (ANGELS) program. The program's goal is to ensure that women in Arkansas who are at risk of having a complicated pregnancy receive the best possible perinatal call. The staff of the 24/7 ANGELS call center uses this application to log information about patients, their diagnosis or complications, appointments with providers who are part of the ANGELS network and so forth. The application also provides reports sent to the Arkansas Department of Health.
