Cord Blood Bank of Arkansas
Web
Description
The Cord Blood Bank of Arkansas (CBBA) Billing Database is a Web-based application that tracks contract and billing information for people who pay for the private collection and cryogenic storage of cord blood. Administrators enter contact information about the parent(s) of the baby whose cord blood will be stored, as well as the unique identifiers and date for each core blood sample. They can also review and edit reports that track billing for collecting the initial sample and invoicing for annual storage fees. Private users of the CBBA reserve stored cord blood for use by themselves or their families; public donations make cord blood available for any matching recipient who needs it, and there is no charge for storage. Cord Blood Bank of Arkansas (CBBA): Developed and enhanced clinical solutions using web-based technology to optimize web operations, improving efficiency and data accuracy.
