The Mortality Review System is an internal UAMS Web application for recording information about patient deaths and complications (Sentinel events and Never events). The case form includes details about patients, time of death, diagnosis, cause of death and many other details that are part of the mortality review process. The site supports a two-level review when certain facts about a death or complication indicate a second reviewer is required.
