Myeloma Institute Web Referrals

Description

This project resulted in the public Myeloma Center Appointment request site at myelomaappoints.apps.uams.edu, which enables patients or physicians to request appointments at the UAMS Myeloma Center. The site improves the workflow for referrals and outside appointment requests. Coordinators from the center's Intake Office review requests and follow up with patients and physicians to obtain medical and insurance information.
