Creative Services Order System

Description

The Creative Services Order System provides a Web site, marketing.apps.uams.edu, that enables UAMS employees to request graphic design, photography and video/audio services from Communications and Marketing (Creative Services). They can also request posters, presentations and enter copying job information. The site also captures and manages specifications for each jobs, tasks, labor and materials used, job assignments, client invoicing of completed orders, bill processing, tracking and resource work hours tracking. Appropriate notifications and tracking occur throughout the process.
