Justification for Recruitment is an internal Website for managing the process of requesting, justifying and hiring to fill a faculty position at UAMS. The site supports a workflow that begins with requesting and justifying a position--and having it approved or denied--through actually filling that position with a candidate. It is also a repository for all required forms and documentation and records expenses associated with each hire.
