CDH Arkansas Fetal Diagnosis

Description

This web application tracks prenatal anomalies in a database for the Arkansas Fetal Diagnosis and Management (AFDM) program, which provides coordinated, compassionate and evidence-based care for pregnancy and newborn cases complicated by congenital birth defects or genetic disease. AFDM is part of UAMS's Antenatal and Neonatal Guidelines, Education and Learning System (ANGELS). Users input information on specific fetal abnormalities, enabling queries to gather statistical information and outcomes for future research purposes. Examples of AFDM program statistics recorded in monthly reports are: - Total new cases admitted to AFDM in month - Total current prenatal cases to date - Total prenatal consults: ACH- nn Neonatology - nn - Total live cases delivered at UAMS and other facilities - Infants transferred from UAMS to ACH - Other location deliveries - Infant transferred from other location to ACH - Planned delivery dates at UAMS - Planned deliveries that occurred at UAMS - Maternal transport to UAMS - Total intrauterine fetal deaths (IUFDs) - Live births that expired: 0
